I am our Commercial Accounts Manager. My day to day duties include marketing new & existing business, customer service, and customer visits to review current insurance programs. I enjoy the customer contact, including the customer review visits, as well as meeting with potential clients.
I am involved in my church, Christ United Methodist and have enjoyed various classes within the church as well as volunteering when able.
I am married and have 2 four legged sons, Jackson & Bailey, who I enjoy walking and caring for. I also have 3 grandchildren, 4 great nieces, 1 great nephew, and 1 sister. I enjoy working in our perennial garden and reading. I have some college but no degree. I have taken several CPCU classes.

I’ve had my insurance license about 3 ½ years now. I like our clients, and I like that it is a small agency. I also enjoy the puppies and that it is close to home.
I am involved with Merlin’s Safe Haven Cat Rescue. I foster, do home inspections, and do some fundraising.
Super eclectic hippy?! Mom, hiking, camping, quad riding, gardening, cooking, music and attending symphonies, operas, & country concerts. I’m a Pitt drop-out that went to beauty school. My background is retail management (Sally Beauty) and I have my Cosmetology license. Also, a certified Reiki Practitioner at Carnegie Reiki and I specialize in holistic remedies.
My role at the agency is Group Healthcare. My day to day duties include maintaining Enrollment (add, terms and changes) for group employee’s, running quotes for group healthcare products, updating polices for renewal periods, processing commission statements.
I enjoy the small group of employees that I work with, that we are a small agency and of course the DOGS! Being a small agency makes for a better relationship with our clients and you learn something about them. When our clients call in they are always dealing directly with the agent who cares for their account and not getting a different person each time.
I have more than 15 years of experience in administrative and customer service work. I enjoy time at home with my husband, 2 kids and 2 dogs. Our kids keep us busy running with sports, homework and just about everything, as do our dogs. I love working outside in the yard, watching Steeler games and going camping with friends.

I graduated a year early from Upper Saint Clair High School, I then enrolled right into Community College of Allegheny County where I graduated with an associate's degree in Business Management. My hobbies include riding my horse, taking care of my many animals, exercising, and going out to eat.

I have a business degree from Chatham College and a master’s degree from Duquesne University. I worked in Marketing and PR most of my life and have assisted running this business for the past 15 years.
I like to Garden and Decorate, and I have two dogs that come to the office every day with me, Jasmine a white Chihuahua born in 2012 and Val is a spotted mini chihuahua born in 2017. Oh, and our daughter Reese works here too!
